Who is the C.H.A.N.G.E.™ Accelerator for?

The Accelerator is designed for EHS leaders, operational leaders, and corporate safety directors who want to lead a meaningful improvement initiative and create lasting impact. It is for people who are ready to move beyond theory and apply a structured method directly to their organisation.

Do I need to have an improvement initiative before joining?

Yes. Every participant enters with a meaningful initiative or project.
Before joining, you will have a short qualification call where we help you define or refine your initiative to make sure it is suitable for the Accelerator. This ensures everyone begins with a clear direction and something important to work on.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

Plan for about three to four hours per week.
This includes the live webinar, the group coaching call, and time to apply the method to your project.
Everything is designed to fit into a busy operational schedule and support you in moving your initiative forward without adding overwhelm.

What if I miss a live session?

All sessions are recorded and uploaded to your dedicated learning portal. You will have one year of access, so you can catch up at any time or revisit sessions to deepen your learning.

What if I need more support?

You receive three individual coaching calls with an expert of your choice as part of the program. If you want additional support, you can book more coaching hours at a 25 percent discount. You also have email support within 48 hours for any questions during the Accelerator.

How is this different from a traditional course or safety training?

Traditional courses give you information. The Accelerator gives you movement. You learn while implementing your real initiative, with coaching, expert input, and a weekly rhythm that keeps your work progressing. It is designed to create real organisational change, not just learning outcomes.

What if my organisation has limited budget for development?

The founding cohort receives a 40 percent discount, and early bird participants receive a total of 65 percent off. This makes the program accessible for companies that want to strengthen capability without bringing in external consultants or running multiple training events.

Can more than one person from the same organisation join?

Yes. It can be highly effective when two or three leaders join together, especially if they are working on related initiatives or on the same site. We can also support organisational packages on request.

Is this suitable for non-high-hazard industries?

Yes. The method is rooted in high reliability and operational leadership, but the principles apply to any environment where improvement, alignment, and behaviour change matter. Leaders in logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, food production, and construction will also benefit.

Can I use the Accelerator for an initiative outside safety?

Yes. Although the method is especially powerful for safety related initiatives, it applies equally well to culture improvements, leadership projects, process optimisation, behaviour change, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment work. We can discuss in the qualification call if your initiatives is suitable and supports the overall strength of the cohort.

When does enrollment close?

Enrollment for the founding cohort closes once the group is full or when the week 1 sessions start. The early bird discount is available for leaders who complete their initiative qualification and enrollment before the end of January.
