Chemical engineer by training. Former VP Safety at Shell and Director EHS at AkzoNobel.
Fifteen years in direct operational roles across refining, petrochemicals, chemicals and cleantech. And yes, an accredited hypnotherapist. Because the most important shifts happen at the level of belief, not just behaviour.
I have worked across four continents, in many different cultures and contexts. That taught me something no classroom could: safety means something different depending on where you stand, who you trust and what you have been through.
