Four weeks, your real initiative

Fifteen years in direct operational roles across refining, petrochemicals, chemicals and cleantech. And yes, an accredited hypnotherapist. Because the most important shifts happen at the level of belief, not just behaviour.

I have worked across four continents, in many different cultures and contexts. That taught me something no classroom could: safety means something different depending on where you stand, who you trust and what you have been through.

Who is this program designed for?

EHS and HSE professionals, process safety managers, and safety leaders in high-hazard industries. It is for people who have technically solid proposals but are not getting the leadership support and funding they need.

How is this different from other safety training?

Maximum 15 participants per cohort. You work on your own real safety initiative across four weeks, not a generic case study. You leave with a finished, practised proposal ready to present to your decision-makers.

Do I need a specific initiative ready before I start?

You should have a real safety challenge you are working on. It does not need to be fully developed. The four weeks are designed to shape and sharpen it.

What practical tools will I take away?

A completed Stakeholder Map, a crafted and practised pitch built around your own initiative, and your Safety Influencer Score assessment. You leave with a proposal that is ready to deliver.

Does this qualify for CPD?

Yes. You receive a certificate of completion qualifying as structured learning for IOSH, IIRSM, and equivalent professional body CPD records.

What if I cannot attend a live session?

All sessions are recorded and available within 24 hours. We strongly recommend attending live, particularly session 4 where you deliver your pitch and receive direct feedback.

Can my organisation send multiple people?
